Thanks to all who’ve reached out, including many conservatives, about the vile and anti-semitic comments on my post celebrating two American soldiers, one of them my own dad. Trolls who lack the character to be kind and the courage to display their face and name deserve our pity.

On what would have been my dad’s 80th bday, I traveled to the site in Vietnam where his helicopter went down in ‘69 killing 8 soldiers.
On Fri, I met the survivor of the crash, Tom Devereux, on his 80th bday in Colo. We had been connected by a moment, and now by friendship. 🇺🇸
