@HouseForeign is right. Russia's UNSCR veto handed control of Bab al-Hawa back to a leader that murdered 500,000 of his own people. The United Nationd must consider ALL options for keeping cross-border humanitarian operations open WITHOUT approval from the murderous Assad regime.
