@meadbert I’m not laughing at it exactly, but the triple-ricochet is a pretty rare feat for a K. Also as a former catcher you know your guy’s got it going on if batters are swinging at stuff that hits them.

@mtaibbi As a former hitter I can assure you this is not funny. Ray Chapman, major league player, died from being hit in the face by a submarine pitch. It can be very hard to see a dirty ball moving 90+ mph with a dirty ground behind it.
