Twitter had outside consultants relay complaints by Republican elected officials who complained they had no points of contact in the company even for basic constituent services, which also matched what I was told (3/4):

The first batch of documents I got contained a list of mock questions Gibson Dunn made in preparation for Jack Dorsey’s appearance before the Energy and Commerce Committee. They show the firm was worried about perception of a double-standard in content moderation (2/4):

What’s crazy is the perception that the Twitter Files were right-leaning came really from two tweets out of hundreds. Unlike most of the other reports, those were based on sources in Twitter (old Twitter, not Elon Twitter) telling me executives struggled with this issue (1/4):
