@mtaibbi Well, we didn't know what he was going to be like because he had no political track record. It was only once he got in office that we were able to separate what he actually cared about from what was bullshit.

One reason I didn’t vote for Trump before is that I made the mistake of taking some of the crazier shit he says seriously. He might have gone along with “Lock her up!” chants, but from Russiagate through Jack Smith, his opponents really meant it
