@mtaibbi Twitter and Facebook banned almost exactly the same time; one was following the other's lead. then, within 24 hrs, Parler's servers were shut down by their host. the absurdity of kicking a sitting president off a public platform aside, some sort of collusion happened here.

In that case we didn’t find any evidence that Twitter’s decision to ban Trump was inspired by any kind of official pressure. That doesn’t mean it didn’t happen, but we didn’t see it. So that decision wouldn’t violate the First Amendment, even if it was a bad one as I believe.

Sorry to bring up the past.. but I’m reading this article again and wondering about the people at Twitter & the FBI.
A lot of their names weren’t disclosed, so I am guessing they won’t have to pay at all for their crime of censoring a president?
