@ChrisCuomo Once words turn to action - torching cars, chucking firebombs - that's not speech anymore; it's crime. Free expression doesn't cover property destruction.

Mehdi has a point, of course...first - Elon has no power to go after anyone...and that is a good thing as he clearly does not understand our constitution. will Trump use the doj to attack critics? Going after people vandalizing teslas is one thing, speech is another

The self-professed ‘free speech absolutist’, with a crazed look in his eyes, says ‘we are going to go after’ the people pushing ‘lies and propaganda.’

Pretty sure, whether you like it or not, the First Amendment covers both lies and propaganda.

The statement '100%' is an agreement with the previous comment about the distinction between free speech and criminal actions like property destruction. It supports the idea that free expression does not justify illegal activities.
