@ChrisCuomo He lies, as always. FDR used creation of SS as a reason to extend income tax beyond top 1% earners since its inception 20 yrs before. The Depression helped sell the need. 30 yrs later LBJ sold tax increases as a way to pay for Medicare. Tariffs are ridiculous, DJT ignorant.
