Mahmoud Khalil, a legal US resident, was illegally kidnapped by ICE for 104 days and just released.

He was forced to listen to the birth of his newborn son from a cell.

This administration is attempting to criminalize free speech as terrorism. We should not assist them.

Mahmoud Khalil deserves neither prison nor a platform. Democrats are right to insist that he be free to talk — but they should vehemently disagree with what he says.
