Envy is the most destructive force holding civilization back.

It's why it's considered a sin in many religions.

Only Ayn Rand was smart enough to predict that incompetence and an ENVY for excellence will lead to dystopian social outcomes. Orwell thought we'd need total mind control, Huxley thought we'd need a permanently drugged populace, but Rand knew: all you need is resentment

The statement 'Yup' is a simple agreement with the previous comment about envy being destructive. It does not add substantive engagement to the public discourse on societal issues related to envy.
