@RonDeSantis @GovRonDeSantis @RonDeSantis please do something to get the investors out of the residential housing market. There are too many Airbnb, Vrbo, and corporate-owned residential properties. There needs to be a disincentive to non-end users buying homes.

Lower interest rates would generate more home sales, but as the below post points out, it may accelerate a decline in home prices.
