Multiple PGA championship golf - Whistling Straights and Erin Hills plus Wisconsin and Michigan have some of the best non PGA golf courses you can find. I also think I saw Wisconsin has the most courses of any state (size proportionate)

I’d choose D largely for non-golf reasons, but you can make a great case for C, D or H.

C has the best stretch of golf in the US (Long Island), arguably the greatest course in the world (Pine Valley), and historic major championship venues (Oakmont, Merion, Winged Foot, etc).
