@RonDeSantis I'm a graduate of UC Berkeley and later the University of Chicago. I have personal experience with faculty (including a former Weather Underground member) at two of the most respected institutions of higher learning in the country and couldn't agree with you more.

We have enacted reforms re: tenured faculty.

Now, all tenured professors must undergo review and can be terminated for poor performance.
