They are separate issues but the concern about woke AI is being used to justify displacing state jurisdiction. I’m just pointing out that it isn’t likely that CA would need to even require this because it will skew that way naturally.

When a few companies control the data, the guardrails, and the narrative, bias becomes automatic.
The public deserves AI that’s transparent, accountable, and open to all not shaped by one worldview.”
