This was Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick from the Delaware Court of Chancery who originally rejected Elon's 2018 Tesla pay package. She did it twice, actually, saying it was unfair. And today at the Delaware Supreme Court, it was overturned. Never incorporate in Delaware.
