You’re conflating unrelated ideas.
If I say there’s no evidence for something, that doesn’t mean “nobody knows” or “it can’t be known.” It just means that right now, there’s no evidence.
If you want people to believe something, you have to provide evidence for it.

@mtaibbi @mtaibbi all you have to do is not participate in the story. The more you talk about how one viral story doesn’t have “facts” for the conclusions drawn, it makes it seem like you know. Instead you weigh in by saying “nobody knows”. But truthfully, someone knows… do you?
