@mtaibbi she's not accusing anyone of anything in a court of law, she's not filing charges. she's stating her opinions based on what she knows and the FBI could put this to rest any time with any of the supposed concrete evidence they have but they don't and they do have a history of

There’s the little matter of accusing people of being complicit in murder without evidence, but I guess we don’t worry about that anymore.
