America’s leaders need to take a page from @ChrisCuomo’s book. He speaks for the conscience of a nation here, without stooping down into the bitter politics.

Today’s tragedy is a wake-up call.

The statement 'Not you...you are lemming' is dismissive and derogatory, aimed at undermining the other person's opinion by labeling them as a follower without independent thought. This does not contribute constructively to the discussion about the serious issue of the Minnesota shooting.

  1. Principle 1:
    I will strive to do no harm with my words and actions.
    The statement does harm by dismissing and insulting the other person. [-1]
  2. Principle 2:
    I will respect the privacy and dignity of others and will not engage in cyberbullying, harassment, or hate speech.
    It disrespects the dignity of the other person by using a derogatory term. [-1]
  3. Principle 4:
    I will engage in constructive criticism and dialogue with those in disagreement and will not engage in personal attacks or ad hominem arguments.
    It fails to engage in constructive dialogue and instead resorts to a personal attack. [-1]
