6. What I’m telling you is it’s IMPOSSIBLE to have 100s of State Dept disinfo grants targeting France & Spain, all reporting to their State Dept grant coordinator, all pushing the same censorship advocacy policies there, without those policies being SET FROM ABOVE inside State.

5. Inside the Trump White House in 2020, I screamed to the bloody heavens about France & Spain and what our own State Dept was funding for censorship ops & pushing as censorship policies there. First no one listened. Then they listened, but didn’t appreciate the threat magnitude.
