@mtaibbi @matthewstoller I tend to agree with both Matt's on this topic even though mostly contradictory. Would be great to see a podcast or discussion between the Matt's on this.

I’d be less repulsed by it, sure. But I don’t blindly agree with the idea that foreigners we don’t like should be required to divest. If the issue is data collection, let’s go after that, and include American companies, who already sell our data to foreign “adversaries.”
