@Clockrelativity @Rahll @smartereveryday @GaryMarcus ive spoken to some peeps from the legal community and so far their take is DMCA notices to take down those AI generated content that closely resembles copyrighted material.

so as long as DALL-E or OpenAI complies with those DMCA notices, they can operate indefinitely.

I've permutated literally every IP I've ever loved and it worked.

@smartereveryday Hi Destin, big fan of the channel. I implore you to read this article by @GaryMarcus and myself regarding how almost all AI image generators overwhelmingly infringe on copyright, regardless of user intent. Joke or not, t-shirt or not, this hurts artists.
