@GaryMarcus @pprince0997 How can we expect a pure LLM without MLLM like enhancements to give closer to accurate results? I think pure LLMs will always just be hallucinating🤔

it’s better, but it’s also not a pure LLM, and of course we don’t know what other gadgets it uses.

Sorry, but it has less to do with fundaments of LLM and more with web-crawling and the indexed embedding database. If LLM would be flawed in this regard then perplexity wouldn't be giving the correct response with citations.
