@GaryMarcus @elonmusk As negative as people are in the time they’re living, the overall trend of the world has been less authoritative, more free, and much more economically sound. I have faith that as intelligence increases so does the likelihood of empathy and positivity.

@krassenstein @elonmusk How you figure? I might go in the opposite direction, given a likely trend towards authoritarianism, total lack of trust, and inherited tech oligarchy.
