Have beliefs in conspiracy theories increased over time? joseph Uscinski previously showed no increase from 1890 to 2010. But what about the new effects of social media, you ask? Now he shows no increase from 2012 to 2012. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc…

new study on disinformation conflicts to some degree with a study posted by @sapinker a couple days ago (link below) that used a different methodology. 🤔

That one was looking at the conspiracies (apparently stable) over time, this one is looking at cohort effects.
