Wisconsin has two culinary specialties: cheese and beer.

I imagine sophisticated coastal types laugh at this; I recognize it as my Final Boss in terms of spiritual temptation.

Here is the worst thing about Wisconsin cheese culture: you can get curds at any gas station, but wait until you go to a restaurant and get some well-made FRIED cheese curds.
