Rep Bacon is correct. The report is quite clear: "The Secretary sent information identifying the quantity and strike times of manned U.S. aircraft over hostile territory over an unapproved, unsecure network approximately 2 to 4 hours before the execution of those strikes... 1/

The hepatitis B vaccine is safe for babies. Hepatitis B is not.
For over 50 years, this vaccine has protected infants from a dangerous virus. Hep B rates have declined 99% because of it.
All New Yorkers should continue vaccinating their babies at birth against Hepatitis B.
