@GaryMarcus @DevinLeary @elonmusk @Google There were issues with autocompletes being abusive, so the ban was turned on. I don't think it was an attempt to hurt Trump.

@GaryMarcus @DevinLeary @elonmusk @Google The RAG is probably effected (on chatGPT) by the same guardrails to stop someone from using it to generate misinformation of such an event.

Agree the Google thing is odd (& regional / or maybe just experimental?). I would guess (as this is usually used in the case)1/2

@DevinLeary @Alice_comfy @elonmusk @Google that鈥檚 actually less surprising, since there is a date-of-training issue that is much more serious from LLMs. I just cannot imagine that Google would hard code a block and in fact I get trump with no problem
