@GaryMarcus @sama @elonmusk @ShaneLegg He and @bengoertzel popularized this definition of AGI. Start at 2:30 . He also says the same in his paper "Universal Intelligence: A Definition of Machine Intelligence" .

@GaryMarcus @sama @elonmusk The problem is that everyone seems to have their own definition of what AGI is. I think @ShaneLegg 's definition should definitely be the standard. He says AGI is "An Agent's ability to achieve various goals in a wide range of environments."
