@GaryMarcus Do you mean they do not check their work very often in a single pass, or that they cannot check work at all (e.g., if asked to, or if asked to evaluate their answer)?

Working on an essay called In-Sanity Checking, about how LLMs never check their own work. Might have room for one or two more favorite examples…
