They have no loyalty to anyone but themselves and they are the hardest to spot.

I’ve known 2 malignant narcissists, and from learning about others, they all have secret hedonistic and depraved lives which extends far beyond sleeping with prostitutes.

They are also highly sadistic,…

Trump is not a psychopath. He has too many emotions.

Sure there may be some overlap but they are different from narcissistic personality disorder.

Trump is an exhibitionist or grandiose narcissist.
