@TomTomClub510 @GaryMarcus Relative to yesterday, sure, but GenAI stocks and NVIDIA in particular were due for a big correction. They’re still up 124% YTD and 2300% over 5 yrs. I’d still say investors are too irrationally confident in the prospect of GenAI in the short to mid term.

@TomTomClub510 @GaryMarcus Yeah, and “the sum of all [the value of] the chips” would be revenue. So, comparing asset value to revenue. It’s a totally meaningless comparison; one measures economic activity and the other measures investor confidence in future performance.
