@GaryMarcus Sure it does. Weapons of mass destruction, in general, dont really have a wide market outside of certain governments. And even then, they arent that useful. But cures, solutions, and ways of making people healthier are desired by almost everyone.

@GaryMarcus I mean it also increases the chance to create cures for bioweapon. It is by far more profitable to keep people alive and happy than it is to kill them
