@marwilliamson How do you get such bills through this congress? Dems do not have majority. This congress has done nothing. K street doesn’t want climate regulations. So how would you deal with that? Powerful forces want the status quo to remain. It’s a conundrum for sure.

Corporate media has no problem covering a climate catastrophe *after* it's happened. The sensationalism of "this many died" or "this much misery ensues" is fine for ratings.

But discussing climate change in any real way that could help *avoid* such catastrophes has not been…
