So incredibly grateful to @SenSanders for this powerful call for accountability. It's been a year since Israeli forces targeted us twice with tank fire, killing @LbIssam of @Reuters and wounding six other clearly marked journalists. We want justice.

More than a year ago, an Israeli tank fired on a group of clearly marked journalists, killing one and wounding six others, including an American from Vermont. There have been no steps toward accountability.

Today, my colleagues and I are demanding an independent investigation.
