@marwilliamson For one-off cases of injustice. Not for invalidating laws. The Constitution gives him veto power for that.

@marwilliamson Our incarceration laws may be tough, injust or unfair. But they reflect the will of the voters as expressed through the elected Congress.

Vote for new laws in Congress. Don’t end-run them with Presidential pardons ….

Our prison system is known for being too easy to get in and too hard to get out.
