Back-of-the-Envelope Calculation: winching a 270kg person+spacesuit to 200 km orbit requires ~2300 kWh of energy (ignoring atmospheric drag, cable mass, etc.). Incredibly, at $0.32/kw-hr electricity rates, that's ~$740. But good luck finding a cable that won't snap! 😅 #physics…
