It would be great if liberals internalize the trauma they are feeling from Trump's rampage & respond by finally - belatedly - realizing it's important to create a Democratic Party that rejects neoliberals & connects with the working class.

But I suspect that will not happen.

The statement 'I could have, and still can' is a brief and vague response to a conversation about the Democratic Party's strategy and its connection with the working class. It does not provide substantive engagement with the public issue being discussed, nor does it offer any analysis or opinion on the matter.
