@GaryMarcus Any 3rd party app which asks for credentials is a red flag 🚩, example there are many social media automation tools , where you are forces to share credentials, any leak from those applications will end up being taken over , another one is unsolicited meeting requests with link

How was I hacked?

“A reporter” with 3k followers from an allegedly legit place asked me to schedule a podcast, and I foolishly clicked on a calendly link that looked legit. i shouldn’t have.

this gave the hackers permissions; i have now revoked those permissions and changed…
