@GaryMarcus Yeah, these are all reasonable points! I agree the path to AGI is not super clear besides hope that scaling keeps magically working somehow, which admittedly has gotten us much further than I thought we would.

- Some of it is good; i generally both Buchanan and Klein
but
- He never mentions the failure of Orion, which was supposed to be GPT-5 and got relabeled 4.5 and still disappoints
- Never mentions Grok 3, similarly underwhelming
