This kind of response is fairly typical from a certain kind of AI fan. FWIW I think it completely misunderstands my view of math—I’d be very excited about a computer that could do meaningful research level math.

@littmath i follow you just to see you cope as AI starts collapsing all the walls of mathematics. Alphago for math soon. it's over dude, AI is coming. I know you still feel special, but give it a few years max.
