@justinamash I think it's fair to say us citizens have free speech. But it's also absurd to claim we could extend that freedom to folks with visas. They aren't full Americans citizens because they never pledged alliance to America they could still be found to be treasonous or preoccupied. You

Arresting someone simply for writing an op-ed (which is all the government alleges) is totally deranged. One of America’s greatest strengths is our expansive commitment to free expression. Speech is not free if it’s restricted on the basis of the speaker’s identity or opinions.
