This @METR_Evals "doubling every ∼7 mo" slide is in almost every AI progress talk at the moment. It's a striking trend, but it's worth being precise about what's measured: self‑contained code and ML tasks.

I think agentic AI may progress even faster than the @METR_Evals trend
