@Shoshi_No_Taxes Brin was off by 8 and counting, and so far they function reasonably well (still with some remote intervention) in around 1% of American cities, none of the ones with routinely bad weather, etc.

his promise definitely won’t come in at 5-10 delayed. It will be more than that.
