@DeAngelisCorey @marwilliamson DEI is about Women getting more jobs of high salaries even if they aren't qualified. It benefited white females the most. They preach about "representation" without merit. They bring "some studies done in Canada" saying somehow it all improves quality. End of the day, it helped
