@GaryMarcus I think if you're rolling out a very novel safety-critical system like this caution and geofencing is wise!

@olivercameron i think they SHOULD roll it out gradually, but the fact that they rolled out in this restricted a fashion hardly suggests confidence.

if they had internal data that the systems were sounder it wouldn鈥檛 have been just ten cars with lots of limits on roads and left turns etc.

@GaryMarcus People have hated on Tesla forever saying they're rolling FSD out way too fast, and that it has to be gradual.

Now they're rolling it out gradually, and of course people find a way to hate on them for that 馃う
