@GaryMarcus It's not that, it's just you have a really grating reluctance to acknowledge serious breakthroughs or achievement. Compare today with 5 years ago. Now extrapolate, maybe a bit slower, maybe a bit faster. AGI will be achieved this decade

Desperately need a name for the fallacy of thinking that a single “impressive” result entails AGI, given how many people here committed that error in the last 24 hours.
