@RonDeSantis Why in the past were unused prepaid accts not returned to the buyer? I bought prepaid accts back in 82 and 86 both were only partially used ,the remaining dollars of the 1st account were transferred to the 2nd account but never used,the remaining funds were forfeited.

Bright Futures is a merit-based scholarship program; Prepaid is a savings plan.

Because we’ve frozen tuition we’ve been able to refund money to prepaid families over the years.
