Whether an amendment is “good” is in the eye of the beholder; some amendments that have been adopted over the years in FL would not be “good” in my judgment. The biggest flaw has been using the amendment process to enact policy changes that don’t belong in the constitution in

@RonDeSantis Was the constitutional amendment requiring high speed rail a good idea? Just because We The People voted for it? Lawmaking by plebiscite is not always a “good” without leaders answering the hard questions. We’re a republic for a reason.
