Clemente was the best defensive right fielder in history, racked up 3000 hits and was A+ in character.

He is definitely top 25 and borderline top 15 but not ahead of:

Ruth, Mays, Aaron, Gehrig, Cobb, Mantle, Williams, DiMaggio, Musial, Griffey Jr., Ohtani, Bonds, Pujols,
