Could we maybe just start calling “Generative AI” “Rough Draft AI” instead?

It’s great at brainstorming and writing drafts but you should never trust it with final copy for anything.

(And compared to the AI we will have in a couple decades, the whole thing is just a rough…

@davetroy @GaryMarcus My personal experience using LLMs to date is ditto underwhelming. I find myself spending a lot of time prompting to even get close to a viable response, and the fear of hallucinations results in double checking answers, which in turn results in little or no efficiency gains.
